After you've batch built or built your armor, your character and all NPCs in your game with CBBE bodies can wear the armor. If your armor did not come with a group, you'll have to select each piece of armor in the outfit/body section and set the preset to cbbe and click build. Make sure to check everything you want to convert in the next window and click the build button. This will build all of your armor for your cbbe bodytype. Then click the little button on the lower left to batch build.
Look in the Presets dropdown menu for CBBE body. Look in the groups window and find the armor you want to convert. You'll see a dropdown list named outfits/body and a groups search window. It's located under the calientetools/bodyslide folder in your skyrim/data folder. First you have to run the bodyslide.exe program.
